Costello Medical provides scientific support to the healthcare industry in the analysis, interpretation and communication of clinical and health economic data. The majority of our clients are pharmaceutical and MedTech companies, but we recognise that commercial channels are not the only route to improving health. We therefore devote ourselves to non-profit projects in which our knowledge can be applied to effect real benefits to people’s health. In 2021, this commitment to supporting non-profit projects led to the development of a dedicated pro bono division at Costello Medical. For more information about our services and expertise, please take a look at What We Do and visit our portfolio for recent examples of projects that we have completed on a pro bono basis.
We are offering our services, free of charge, to support charities and non-profit organisations working in the global health space*. Projects should be ready to start in 2026 and be feasible to complete within six months. To apply for support with a project, please complete the form below by 23:59 BST, Sunday 30th August 2026. Projects will then be short-listed and we may contact you for further information and/or to arrange an informal discussion.
We like to have a good understanding of the organisations that we work with, including how the organisation contributes to the global health space*. This helps us to identify how our support can have the maximum possible impact. In our experience, projects have the most value when clients have a clear vision of what they need and how it will be used. Please note that your ideas do not have to be fully developed at this stage.
Once you have submitted this form, we will aim to provide an initial response to your application within four weeks of the closing date of this call for projects.
If you do not have a specific project in mind and need input from Costello Medical on how we can best support your organisation, please complete the Expression of Interest Form rather than applying via this form.
*We welcome applications focused on addressing global health challenges and improving health outcomes for underserved or marginalised communities worldwide. This may include projects relating to health equity, access to care, disease prevention, health systems strengthening, education, advocacy, or the needs of populations disproportionately affected by poverty, conflict, displacement, climate change or limited healthcare infrastructure.
