What to Expect When You Apply

You will apply via our online form. You will need to submit your CV, along with a covering letter explaining why you think you would be suited to the role and why you would like to join Costello Medical.

The next stage may involve a telephone interview with a member of the recruitment team. This will be to explore your application in more detail and will include some questions regarding your experience and motivations for applying.

For all technical roles, you will be asked to complete an assessment at home. This is so we can assess your skillset and so you get the opportunity to experience the type of work that we do.

You will be invited to an interview held in one of our offices. You will meet several colleagues including members of the senior team.
