2013
Joined Costello Medical as an Analyst in September.
2014
Progressed to the role of Senior Analyst in April; a role which saw me begin to take a leading role on various projects and use my expertise to train other Analysts and Interns.
I was thrilled to take on increased responsibility for managing large scale projects, including project planning, managing the team and overseeing all client communication.
In the same year, I progressed to the role of Consultant, taking on overall responsibility for client satisfaction and the quality of final deliverables for the projects I worked on.
2015
I worked on several projects with a client developing surgical tools for bariatric surgery. This saw me develop a keen interest in medical devices specifically and I started to think about the challenges associated with this sector.
2016
Alongside my client responsibilities, I began taking on an increased role in internal projects and business strategy. I also conducted research into the market for medical technology.
2017
This research resulted in the launch of the MedTech division at the start of 2017, which I played a leading role in as I was promoted to the Head of MedTech. This new role saw me building relationships with new and existing clients in this field.
2018
The team began to grow and together we built a range of service offerings which we delivered to medical device companies and we supported an increasing range of clients in this field.
2019
As the team continued to grow and work with clients on new and exciting technologies, I formalised my leadership role within Costello Medical’s internal IT team. It was great to contribute to the company’s success in different ways.
2020
During a year in which the global pandemic hit the MedTech sector particularly hard, we faced a rewarding challenge in providing as much support as we can to all of our fantastic clients, and helping them to best realise the value of their technologies.
My role in IT also led me to drive significant infrastructure changes across the company to help support almost 200 employees working remotely – so many exciting achievements!
2021
I formalised my transition away from MedTech into a new role in the company; Head of Technical Operations. Whilst I was sad to step away from the division I founded, the opportunity to be taking a stronger leadership role in driving the company as a whole forward is incredibly exciting!
