As the capital of the UK since the 12^th century, London has retained its reputation as the global business hub of the UK. As the home of many national and international pharmaceutical and technical companies, London is also often seen as the centre of innovation in the UK. Costello Medical opened its London office in 2017 after the growth of the Global Headquarters in Cambridge. Situated close to London Liverpool Street station, our London office is now home to over 110 colleagues.

Transport

Regular and reliable train, underground and bus links connect London to locations across the UK, with Liverpool Street station just a 4 minute walk from the office, and Moorgate, Aldgate and Bank stations all within a 10 minute walk
The city is less than an hour away from 6 airports, including London Heathrow and Gatwick, providing a vast array of international travel links

London hosts a network of cycle routes and numerous bicycle rental schemes are available across the city

Housing & Accommodation

Short-term accommodation is relatively straightforward to find and new housing developments are increasing the availability of rented accommodation across Greater London

London’s surrounding commuter hubs and outer-city communities have regular transport links to the city, making it easier to live outside of the city if preferred

You can also find a variety of iconic sports venues in London which include Twickenham (the home of English rugby), several football stadiums, Wimbledon and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park which hosted the 2012 London Olympics
