I was hugely excited to become one of the founding members of the new Evidence Development division, where my role specialised in literature reviews and meta-analyses. In the same year, I was promoted to Senior Analyst.
Promoted to Consultant.
I took on responsibility for the Evidence Development division whilst the Head of Evidence Development was on maternity leave, which gave me a wide variety of new responsibilities including business development, team planning and improving the team’s financial performance, at the same time as delivering high quality work to our clients.
In the same year, I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
This was also the year that I took on my first real-world evidence project in collaboration with my colleagues in Singapore. I really loved this project and quickly decided that this was where I wanted to focus my future career.
In February, I relocated to our new office in Boston as one of the founding members of this new team. I am really excited about this fantastic opportunity to build up our Evidence Development and Real-World Evidence service offerings in the US!
In the same year, the Real World Evidence division was launched and I took on the role of Head of Real-World Evidence. We have team members in the UK, US and Singapore.
