2018
I joined Costello Medical as an Analyst and worked in a cross-divisional role across our Medical Affairs and MedTech divisions on projects relating to rheumatic diseases and robotic surgery.
I was also given the exciting opportunity to support with the preparations for, and attend, a large European congress! This included co-ordinating a review of congress presentations and interviewing healthcare professionals.
2019
I gained a promotion to the role of Senior Analyst in October and I decided to focus my time on the Medical Affairs division, as these were the projects that piqued my interest. In this role, I supported the team by managing junior team members’ time and providing them with vital project guidance and mentorship.
2020
I had always wanted to experience life in a different country, and this was an aspiration that Costello Medical helped to become a reality. I decided to relocate to our Singapore office, which was supported and encouraged by the company. Therefore, I started to work closely with our Singapore team to prepare for this move.
At the same time, I took on more responsibility for client management within the Medical Affairs division and started to line manage members of our team.
2021
I was promoted to the role of Consultant in October. This meant that I had an increased focus on business and team development and growing our Medical Communications services in our Singapore office.
After a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I relocated to Singapore in early 2022!
2022
After settling into my new office, I was promoted to APAC Medical Affairs Lead. This new title reflects my focus on expanding our Medical Affairs service offerings and client base within the Asia-Pacific region.
2024
With the APAC MedComms Team having grown in experience and skills throughout 2022 and 2023, my priority is now making sure that we have interesting and exciting project opportunities to allow for individual progression within the team and so that we can maximise the impact we have on healthcare in the region.
