Legal Administrator

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen within our Operations Division for a Legal Administrator to support our Head of Strategic Operations in the review of contracts, Master Service Agreements and confidentiality agreements executed between Costello Medical and our clients and suppliers. You will take responsibility for the tracking, storing and monitoring of contracts and will ensure that all legal documents are signed in appropriate time frames. You will liaise with internal project managers and will advise them on the contracting process and will also communicate directly with our clients’ procurement teams, which could be to negotiate terms to Costello Medical’s benefit. It is anticipated that our contracting arrangements will become increasingly complex as the company continues to expand to markets such as China and the US; we are looking for an individual excited by this prospect and keen to grow with the company.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Prior experience reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review documents with a meticulous eye
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
