Joined Costello Medical in September as a Health Economist, where my projects focused on developing cost-effectiveness, partitioned survival and transmission models across a range of disease areas.
Promoted to Senior Health Economist in October. In this new role, I began to mentor junior colleagues, review their work and provide them with feedback.
Within this role, I took a more strategic focus and applied my knowledge to the conceptualisation of de novo models as well as their strategic validation. Many of my projects were published, meaning I am an author on journal articles that focus on the value of healthcare interventions.
I am now line managing and supporting the development of junior members of the Health Economics team, as well as considering the growth of the division and our project work, which involves recruitment and business development tasks.
Promoted to Consultant Health Economist in October. Now, I am leading on a range of projects for the Health Economics team and acting as a strategic partner to our clients.
Within this role, I support the Senior Leadership team with growing the division by planning resources, thinking about new services we can offer, and ensuring the team is continuously improving and up to date with the latest methods in the field of health economics.
