Joined Costello Medical as an Analyst in January. I worked on a wide variety of projects, including literature reviews, medical slide sets, value materials and publications.

In my first months at Costello Medical, I joined the company’s recruitment team, where I quickly began to take the lead in planning recruitment events and liaising with local universities.

In late 2017, I took on a leading role in Costello Medical’s first medical forums in China. It was a much valued opportunity as I quickly gained hands-on experience in project management.

Promoted to Senior Analyst in February 2018, with a key focus on Medical Affairs. To this date, I have delivered over almost 20 medical events in Mainland China and Taiwan, covering disease areas such as HIV, hepatitis and immunology.

My increased responsibilities have also seen me training the company’s China team on content development and client management, as well as providing strategic input to clients.

Certified in Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, I work closely with the Singapore office’s medical review team to ensure compliance of materials developed by a client’s Australian affiliate. Our medical review capacity has now expanded to include review of materials for the client’s affiliates in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

I became Costello Medical’s compliance lead in Singapore, and have since collaborated with colleagues in the UK to develop the company’s compliance SOP and training materials.
