Alice Hosking

Joined Costello Medical as IT Administrator. This role saw me working closely with third parties to provide IT support to the wider company, with the aim of bringing these tasks in-house and to be managed by myself.

When our new Manchester office opened, I worked closely with our technical providers to set up the IT. This was also the year that the Cambridge office moved to a new Global HQ, which also involved a substantial server upgrade.

At the same time, I began leading projects that focussed on IT security across all office locations, as well as taking responsibility for policy writing and responding to client audits on our IT systems.

Promoted to Senior IT Coordinator, where I have more responsibility for project management and liaising with third party suppliers.

I am also now involved in numerous projects that focus on the innovation of our global IT and technical systems.
