I joined Costello Medical as an Analyst in May. This saw me becoming one of the first ever employees to join the newly-formed Boston office, which had only opened a few months prior.
In this role, I worked on projects that spanned our divisional offerings, focusing primarily on Market Access and Rare Diseases work. From the start, I have been heavily involved in projects relating to COVID-19 and ensuring key deliverables were rapidly completed during the initial stages of the pandemic. I also supported with recruitment efforts to help grow our new office further.
I was promoted to Senior Analyst in October. My responsibilities expanded to include mentoring other members of the team and becoming more involved in project management. I have greatly enjoyed the opportunity to foster key relationships with clients and understand more about the industry at large. I am also heavily involved with research within the company, having worked on a poster on orphan drug pricing which was submitted to the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) international conference.
