As a Consultant in the HTA and Health Economics Division, Rose has led numerous HTA and health economics projects across multiple disease areas, including HTA submissions to NICE, the SMC, AWMSG and NCPE, as well as health economic manuscripts and systematic literature reviews. Her particular interest lies in oncology, and the challenges associated with demonstrating the cost-effectiveness of novel medicines in this disease area. Outside of her scientific role, Rose is Deputy Head of the London office, and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and wellbeing of the London team.
Rose holds a first class Masters degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham and a postgraduate Masters degree, with distinction, in Health Economics from the University of York. After completing her pharmacist training year at University College Hospital in London in 2013, Rose spent two years working as a hospital pharmacist at Changi General Hospital in Singapore. Here she gained experience in a variety of clinical specialties and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy by distance learning from Queen’s University Belfast.
