Pippa graduated from the University of St Andrews with a first class honours degree in Geography in 2016, and was subsequently awarded a distinction in her Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her research projects to date have focused on geographical variations in health outcomes, with her undergraduate dissertation focusing on obesity in Scotland, and her postgraduate thesis exploring short-term mortality from colon cancer.
She looks forward to applying the knowledge and experience gained through her studies in a more commercial environment, and working on a wide range of projects as part of the Multidisciplinary Division. She is particularly keen to further her interest in non-communicable disease, and to work across the different divisions to gain an appreciation of the drug development process.
