Since joining the company in 2013, Paul has taken on the day-to-day management of the office facilities at Costello Medical, working closely with suppliers and contractors to provide a first class service to his colleagues in order to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Paul is currently studying towards the Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management, accredited by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), and enjoys putting his newly learnt knowledge to practice in his role.
Aside from his work in facilities, Paul is also responsible for IT support, alongside the company’s external support provider. This is a challenging part of Paul’s role, but one that he enjoys a great deal, despite being disappointed to learn that restarting a laptop really does resolve a large majority of IT issues!
Prior to joining the company, Paul worked for organisations in the office fit-out and refurbishment and pharmaceutical industries. He is delighted to be able to combine his knowledge and experience in both areas at Costello Medical.
