Sophie Costello is co-founder and CEO and has worked in the market access sector and with medical affairs teams for nearly ten years.

She holds a first class Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge. She is responsible for all client relationships and deliverables, training of staff and business development. Sophie has delivered dozens of highly successful projects including NICE and SMC submissions, value dossiers, market access workshops, advisory boards and a host of medical education materials. Recently, she provided comprehensive scientific support for an international, CME accredited medical education event attended by over 300 physicians, and co-wrote the response to a NICE technology assessment review which positively influenced the final outcome. She feels privileged to work in this arena, which she finds challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Her commitment to the job has led to the development of a loyal and growing client base, which she looks forward to expanding further.
